Mr. Simeone is one of the 500 leading Plaintiff lawyers in the United States named by Lawdragon Magazine and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership is limited to attorneys who have recovered $1,000,000.00 or more in a single case. The Harvard Law Review described a recent settlement that Mr. Simeone obtained as "historic." (Vol. 118, No. 5) and the federal judge in the case described the settlement as "groundbreaking."
Mr. Miller manages Simeone & Miller's litigation division. Mr. Miller has appeared on the nationally broadcasted The Sam Donaldson Radio Show - Live in America as well as on the nationally syndicated The BQ View. His cases have been the subject of stories in The Washington Post and the local news. He has also been invited to appear on The Dr. Phil Show and The John Walsh Show. He has served as lead trial counsel on a variety of sophisticated and controversial matters, including many cases rejected by other personal injury firms.
Mr. Johnson graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004, with an emphasis in litigation and trial advocacy.
Ms. Kerwood graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2005, and has extensive experience in personal injury matters.
Mr. Robinett is a 2005 graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where he was a quarter-finalist in the Mock Trial competition.
Ms. Gonzalez is currently the Office Manager at the firm. She attended the University of Maryland at College Park graduating in 2006 earning a Bachelors Degree in English with a concentration in Language, Writing, and Rhetoric.
Ms. Goodale is a paralegal at Simeone & Miller, LLP. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics.
Ms. Mak is the Manager of the Simeone & Miller, LLP Prelitigation Department. Ms. Mak graduated from James Madison University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
Mr. Malikyar is a paralegal who supports both the pre-litigation and litigation departments, giving him experience in a wide area of the firm’s practice.
Ms. Matar is a member of the firm’s litigation department. She graduated cum laude and with honors from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Anthropology.
Ms. Meegan is a member of the firm's Pre-Litigation Department. She graduated from Canisius College, in Buffalo, New York, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law Studies.
